Thank you so much for dropping by. This blog is a curation of all the breakfast and salad ideas that I have tried since February 2015. All featured recipes are healthy, quick and will take you no longer than 15-20 minutes to prepare and cook. I advocate no sweating over the stove!
I love my smoothies, fruit bowls, green salads and overnight oats. Special mention to Mr Peanut Butter which I devour by the bottle (no spoon required). I also adore Japanese food, I love dogs and my favourite flowers are Hydrangeas! Most of the recipes here are vegan as I have learned to incorporate more plant power! into my daily meals.
