Sweet Peach Parfait

This high protein parfait is packed with fibre and slow release complex carbs and is great for breakfast or as a rewarding post-workout treat. Creamy greek yogurt paired with sweet donut peaches and juicy pops of blueberries is not only beneficial for gut health but also keeps you full and satiated till your next meal.

Not to mention that they look pretty amazing in a glass – Sundae style.

Recipe: Sweet Peach Parfait

Serves 1


  • 1 donut peach, chopped
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup oats


  1. Layer ingredients in a tall pretty glass and enjoy!
