I am a huge matcha fan. Matcha has a delicious rich and earthy taste that feels like a treat in the morning. Paired with a dairy-free milk option, this green latte allows for easier digestion for us lactose intolerant folks. I find myself making this time and again on Mondays (almost subconsciously) when my skin looks especially dull from all the weekend festivities. Also calling this a Latte just makes your morning so much more classy, doesn’t it?
I like to stir the oats in a little before eating, to allow them to soak up the goodness of the greens. This matcha latte makes a quick and filling breakfast. The carbs from the oats fill you up while the flax seeds provide good essential fats, protein and fiber. The blueberries and matcha powder with their powerful antioxidants act as quick skin fixers for a beautiful, glowing complexion.
